Inspirational Quotes for a Happy LifeMia Pratt's Inspirational Quotes & Tips for a Happy Life - 8 Tips for Happiness - Somewhere deep down inside, have you adopted the false belief that it is not okay to simply accept yourself for who you are, forgive yourself for your flaws, and just be?

Begin rewriting your Book of Life today with fresh, positive language that represents your True Creative Self, and remove the blockages and outdated "life rules" that keep you living in compliance with a negative agenda. Replace the old rules with a new set of positive guidelines that support your living as a brand new being; this is an exciting adventure - have fun with it!

Eight Tips for Self-Development: Rewriting the "Rules" in your Book of Life

1) Keep reminding yourself that the process of self-development is about having fun and embracing new ways to look at your life - not setting up a rigid schedule of goals and then struggling to maintain it!

2) Don't take it all too seriously - this is an amazing adventure in which you are the director, producer and star. Remember how you played at being a grown-up as a child? Run through the garden, walk by the lake, lay on the floor with your favorite music on - and let your imagination run free!

3) What dreams are attainable? For example, if you were making a film about your life you may not be able to film in Paris, but you may be able to set up a nice little stage in your basement! Look for small successes, small changes, small things that bring great joy and happiness in the present and then string those small accomplishments together like a pearl necklace leading to your larger goals.

4) Write down your dreams and then think of small ways to make them happen - but remember that you are not just the screenwriter, you are the editor! Edit your goals and dreams often to reflect the changes in your circumstances and feelings. If a script comes to a dead end, throw it away or edit it. Addressing change keep your creativity alive and ignites your passion!

5) Creating a happy life is a voluntary creative project that takes place naturally, over your lifetime - not something to accomplish.

6) Don't set large goals that must be "accomplished;" accomplishment is not the road to happiness. Learning to find happiness on the road itself, is the accomplishment!

7) Reframe your current beliefs about success and embark upon a more satisfying and happy life.

8) Setting rigid goals as a measuring stick of success leads to unhappiness if you fail to meet those goals; change the ruler you measure your success by today! Measure your success by how well you use your creative problem-solving skills to change what isn't working, rather than by whether or not you meet generic goals.

Creating a happy life is an evolution and a revolution - join today and start living a happy life!
